The object of the ASISOC informatical system is the assurance of an informatical integrated environment which assists the social-security aid process in order to facilitate the registered files management and the payments to the national assistance beneficiary.

The national assistance informatical system administrates many types of social-security aids: monthly social-security aid, complementary assistance, heading aid, mono-parent family assistance, new-born assistance, urgency aid, personal assistance, assistance for handicap persons.

Basic concepts:

National assistance: the national assistance process according to the law

Personal income: the minimum amount of money offered by the state to any family or person, Rumanian citizens.

Monthly social-security aid: a minimum monthly income for families or persons.

Complementary familial assistance: for the families with minor children with monthly net income up to a certain quantum established by law.

Mono-parent family support assistance: for the families formed by a single parent and minor children with monthly net income up to a certain quantum established by law.

New-born assistance: once, on demand, in the first year of life, for each of the first four new born.

Heading aid: for the families or personswho use wood, coal, gas-heading, central-heading or oil combustible for house heading, with monthly net income up to a certain quantum established by law, as well as for the families who use monthly social-security aid.

Urgency aid: for the families or personswho find there selves in need due to calamities, fire, accidents, as well as other different situations established by law or by local council decisions.

Personal assistant for severe handicap persons: the person who oversees, assists and looks after the child or severe handicapped adult, based on the recovery plan for the handicapped child or the individual logistics plan for the handicapped adult person.

The allowance for the handicapped person: for the handicapped persons, to facilitateequal opportunities, an autonomous life and their social inclusion
