This application is an integrated module of the local taxes management application-Impotax, being an instrument which assures specific operations of the work authorizations evidence activity, from getting the primary data to analyzing the debts. The data and the operations this module manages are synthesized as follows:

• The authorization date and number
• The organization form ( individual or family association)
• Name and first name
• Identity card type
• Identity card number and series
• Personal identification number
• Citizenship
• Date of birth, place of birth, marital status
• Company name
• Authorization visa (receipt date and number)
• Authorization state ( active, suspended, canceled ) as well as the mayor disposition viewing possibility (disposition date and number)
• Authorization record and approval disposition number  
• Associations: name and first name, alliance, citizenship, personal identification number, identity card type, identity card number and series
• The activities written on the authorization form (one main activity and many secondary activities) detailed after CAEN code (with code explanation). When listing the work authorizations, only the main activity code explanation will appear
• Addresses: county, locality, street, number, apartment:
  1. titular residence –identified by the personal identification number (CNP)
  2. the address of the main headquarters
  3. the address of at least 3 secondary headquarters
  4. the associates’ residence - identified by the personal identification number (CNP)
• The possibility of mentioning the modification requests for every authorization
• The possibility of mentioning the work authorization suspending period  
• The possibility of crating the work authorization based on the mayor disposition  

Specific records:

• the list of all work authorizations emitted in a specified period of time
• cancelled, changed, suspended authorizations list
• all work authorizations list, authorizations sorted by number, date, activity, modification period, other criteria  
• all titulars, having more than one work authorization list
