The CID module is designed to follow documents flow in electronic format and documents’ images in an institution. The module uses Web technology, thus it can be accessed through the browser based on legalization.

• Administrates local documents, internal and external correspondence, citizens’ and companies’ or other organizations’ requests;
• Permits adding, modification, transfer of a document;
• Lists the documents flow, thus every moment one knows where a document is being located;
• Keeps evidence of the document processing;
• Lists all documents filtered by several criteria: working documents, emergency, expired, sending documents;
• Lists the general indexed record, with all documents from the current or a previous year;
• Permits fast localization of a document using complex searching tools (by different criteria);
• Lists daily or periodical reports.
