LeasingPro – The application is designed for the leasing contracts management
The application follows the next steps:
- Unit insertion;Application and main settings configuration;
- List completion: partners, delegates, circulating medium, pints, credit banks, exchange rate and incomes’ types;
- Leasing contracts insertion;
- Client obligations invoicing with following possibilities: data selection, penalties estimation and receipts centralizer printing;
- The possibility of registering other receipts;
- Client’s obligations realization;
- The application has a sold contracts option, where the user has the sold registration possibility;
The application permits the listing of the following situations:
- detailed contracts list;
- centralized contracts list;
- installments list;
- a list of all contracts that ends in a period of time specified by the user;
- a list of all installments on a period of time specified by the user;
- bank installments list, with the possibility of choosing the period of time and the bank;
- incomes list;
- summons list;
- incomes list for each contract;
- bank balance account at a certain date;
- balance accounts for each contract;
- invoices and receipts development.
