The Urban module administrates specific documents of the City Planning Departments from the City Halls and the County Councils – Urban Certificates, building authorizations, exclusive agreements. The application can independently function or it can be integrated with the CID module.
The application offers the following functions:
- insert document based on an independent request or a request from the CID module;
- recording specific information for every document type and document listing;
- options and predefined text configurations for inserting data efficiently;
- complex search using different parameters, for fast access to a document;
- the visualization of the documents’ records indexed by calendaristic periods of time;
- authorizations (whose viability expires on a certain month of the year) list;
- payment notices;
- possibility of adding a new document or a new group of documents;
- printing and viewing records (in excel format) possibility;
- regularization of building authorizations tax, including interests and penalties.
The Urban certificates and the building authorizations are automatically listed through the module integration with the institution’s web portal or web site.
