Company-History
1990 - Dorin Barbul founds IndecoSoft SNC, which in 1993 became SRL, company profile - production of financial and accounting software based on the experience gained by the founder at InfoMara - The Territorial Computing Center.
2000 - the company focuses on software development for local government, is moving into a new building and team grows to 7 employees, main client is the municipality of Baia Mare.
2002 - city halls of towns and villages in the county of Maramures are included in the portfolio, the first version of Impotax software solutions for taxes management is launched.
2003- a new package of financial and accounting solutions for local government under eCUB brand is launched and company with a staff of 13 employees becomes Microsoft partner, Zalau and Bistrita enter into the customer portfolio.
2004 - 15 software assistants are employed for distributing our products and services to clients, to neighboring counties, technical solutions portfolio significantly increases with new applications for the public administration, including Content Management Systems.
2005 - becomes the leading IT company in Maramures (CCIMM - Maramures Chamber of Commerce awards annually from 2005 to 2010), number of employees exceeds 50, of which about 30 located in Baia Mare headquarters. The headquarters move into a new dedicated building , two new major projects in Arad City Hall and Slatina City Hall .
2005 - ANIAP annual conference, IndecoSoft wins the First Prize with the innovative concept SIGMA, integration and management solution.
2006 - Oradea City Hall starts migrating to IndecoSoft applications.
2007 - IndecoSoft gets involved in community by opening a training center for students in collaboration with the County Library
2008 - at the ANIAP Annual Conference SIGMA implementation for Oradea City Hall wins Solution of the Year category;
2008 - Baia Mare tax Department is the first in the country that collects taxes with credit card over the Internet using GlobalPay solution, an IndecoSoft registered brand.
2009 - the Integrated Management System for social services under the brand AsiSoc, solutions for online electronic services for citizens is launched.
2010 - GlobalPay solution becomes the instrument for online tax payment for 9 cities (of 15 who have online collection systems) and has 88% of online transactions in the field; IndecoSoft joins APERO and starts a project to develop a national system of online tax collection, the project involves Ministries of Communication, Finances and Internal Affairs resulting the SNEP project - National Electronic System for online payment of taxes.
2011 - new headquarters in a modern building specifically designed to accommodate IndecoSoft, the number of employees reaches 100, integrated project for Targu Mures City Hall, IndecoSoft implements the first project contracted by an authority abroad - Serbia - in water management.
