- Current market share consolidation and the covering of all geographical zones (number of clients increase up to minimum 15%),
- Setting up strategic partnerships for accessing some far-reachingprojects (one strategic partner and minimum one project identification)
- New software solutions development for our present clients’ necessary (starting up minimum 4 software development projects),
2. The complementary axis, designed for professional abilities and competences development
- Professional and managerial personnel competences development by specific training activities and a human resources management system implementation based on competence, performance, recompense and motivation
- Professional competences development for Indeco Soft applications’ users, by organizing training sessions and distributing working certificates.
For accomplishing all these objectives, IndEco-Soft firm management, at the highest standards, declares it’s full availability and assures all necessary resources including those for personnel assistance.
