Project Management
The management of client complex solutions implementation projects is lead by a Project Manager having minimum 4 years experience in Indeco Soft.
The Project Manager’s responsibilities and activities:
- Leads daily project activities, according to the responsibility limits;
- Assures the forecasting of all outcomes, according to time and budget limits and quality standards;
- Establishes the project’s tasks and responsibilities in order to achieve the objectives, keeps the global vision on project strategy and evolution organizing evaluation, control and planning processes;
- Conceives the project’s general plan and every project’s stage plan, assures project’s documentation management;
- Conceives the configuration management plan and the changes management procedure;
- Establishes risks and assures that their impact avoiding and minimization process is made according to the risks management procedure;
- Assures a coherent and continuous informational flow between the project team and the project stakeholders;
- Manages the organizational culture disputes between customer and supplier;
- Establishes, along with project stakeholders, the resources and the program that shows how the project will use these resources;
